Job summary

Super Steel, LLC in Mequon, WI is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our metal fabrication team. You will assemble metal components and structures according to blueprints and specs, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.

The role uses hand and power tools, includes welding where required, and requires reading drawings, teamwork, and careful documentation of materials and time. Shift is 2:30pm-11:00pm with OT available and a $3/hour premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication is a plus.
• Proven experience in metal assembly or fabrication preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools used in metalwork.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

Schedule

2:30pm-11:00pm, OT available. $3/hour shift premium for 2nd shift.
