Job summary

Schaffer Manufacturing in Milltown, NJ seeks a dedicated Assembly Operator for 2nd shift with a 15% differential and 4 ten-hour days (Mon-Thu). Weekend shift also offers a 15% differential with 3 twelve-hour days (Fri-Sun).

2nd shift: 15% shift differential, 4 10-hour days Monday-Thursday

Weekend shift: 15% shift differential, work 36 and get paid for 40. 3 12-hour days Friday- Sunday

3 years of experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Position Summary

The assembly operator produces products until they are completed to the acceptance of quality standards set by the customer specifications.

Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Is expected to be highly familiar with all production operations. Occasional lifting of 50 pounds. Standing for long periods of time throughout the day.
