ManpowerGroup is seeking dedicated Assemblers in West Bend to join a leading manufacturing team. You will read blueprints, gather materials, assemble components, and verify dimensions to ensure high-quality OEM and SCAG products.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and detail orientation in a production environment. The position offers a stable, full-time Monday–Friday shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with hourly pay of $18–$20 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and understand torque values.
• Strong basic math skills and good hand-eye coordination.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for most of the shift.
