Job summary

AprilAire is seeking Temporary, Full-Time 2nd Shift Assemblers for our Madison facility. The shift runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Pay starts at $15.18/hr base, with shift premium and incentive potential bringing the hourly rate to approximately $19–26+.

Responsibilities include reading and understanding English instructions to assemble products, spotting issues to ensure reliability, and standing and working with the team to build multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding instructions (in English) to manually assemble products or parts.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Safety-conscious with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Madison facility is hiring Temporary, Full-Time 2nd Shift Assemblers.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Pay:
