Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs, relay logic, electrical troubleshooting, and machine repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, welding, machining, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, machinery, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose issues involving PLC controls, relay logic, motors, and machine controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Repair and maintain stamping presses, coilers, compressors, and other production machinery.
• Support facility maintenance including lighting, electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs.
• Assist with equipment installations, machine moves, and facility improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.

Physical Requirements
