Job summary

Regent Cabinet Solutions is seeking approximately 15 Assembly Associates for immediate placement in a production environment. These positions are temp-to-hire with potential for permanent employment and require standing for long periods on an assembly line.

Two associates typically work together at each station, assembling and installing cabinet components using basic hand tools. Overtime opportunities may be available, with a schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and detail oriented in a fast-paced assembly environment.
• Ability to maintain steady production tempo across shifts.
• Comfort working in a factory setting with standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install cabinet components on an assembly line.
• Work with a partner at the same station across from each other.
• Use hand tools including screwdrivers and mallets as cabinets move down the line.
• Assist in lifting and moving completed cabinets to pallets with a teammate.

Regent Cabinet Solutions has an immediate need for approximately 15 Assembly Associates to support its production operations. All positions are considered temp-to-hire, providing associates with the opportunity for permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities & Work Environment

• Associates work in an assembly-line production environment and are required to stand throughout their shifts.
• Typically, two associates work together at each assembly station, positioned across from one another.
• As cabinets move down the production line, associates are responsible for assembling and installing various components.
• Work involves using basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, electric screwdrivers, and rubber-handled mallets.
• Certain positions, particularly at the end of the assembly line, require consistent lifting. Two associates work together to remove completed cabinets from the line and place them on pallets.
• The work is generally straightforward, with an emphasis on dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain production pace.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Lunch: One-hour paid lunch
• Breaks: Two additional breaks throughout the shift
• Saturday: Voluntary overtime opportunities available
