Job Title: Assembler
Location: Lake Orion, MI
Pay Range: $16.50 to $17.33/Hr.
Assemble components, parts, and finished products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Operate hand tools and basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and functionality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies.
Meet daily production goals and productivity requirements.
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
