Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Assembly worker in Carol Stream, IL for a 4am–2:30pm (Mon–Thu) shift. You will operate equipment, load/unload materials, torque finished products, and conduct quality inspections to meet spec tolerances and safety standards.

This position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a production-focused environment with hands-on manufacturing experience and a team-driven setting.

Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment, is seeking an Assemblerto join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production goals.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $19.39

Shift: 4am - 2:30pm (Mon-Thurs)

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials
• Hand torque products previously manufactured.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality

What's Needed?

• Ability to measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Comfort working with established specifications, tolerances, and quality expectations.
• Willingness to support housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.
• Ability to adhere to work location rules and procedures.
• Reliability in completing assigned operations as directed by the supervisor.
