Job summary

ITW is seeking an assembler to construct welding machines for the Power Systems Division. Responsibilities include engine prep, base assembly, wiring, testing and shipping, with rotation between tasks and training others.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and team player, committed to quality and on-time delivery, and willing to work flexible shifts with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams preferred.
• Cross training across manufacturing areas required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble welding machines for the Power Systems Division.
• Perform engine preparation, base assembly, front panel subassembly, wiring, testing and shipping.
• Rotate between tasks and assist as needed; train others.
• Maintain quality and on-time delivery; apply ITW principles.
