Job summary

MUM Industries is seeking an entry-level assembler at our Dallas, TX facility. You will assemble enclosures and subassemblies on a day shift, read BOMs, follow routers and assembly instructions, and perform quality inspections.

Hours are 6:00am-2:30pm, with a starting rate of $18.00 per hour. This role requires manual lifting of up to 50+ pounds and proficiency with hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater.
• Read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers.
• Read assembly instructions and assemble product.
• Move materials and products manually as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assembles enclosures, subassemblies, and various products.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Verify product against drawings and work instructions.
• Move and handle materials and components as required.

Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Dallas, TX - Dallas, TX 75247, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Manufacturing, POSITION SUMMARY:

Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay: $18.00/HR

Assembles enclosures, subassemblies, and various products.

• Able to use equipment
• Hand tools
• Power tools
• Tape guns
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Visual inspection
• Process verification
• Must be able to use hands and arms manually when:
• Moving materials and products
• Handling and installing components
• Able to read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers.
• Must know what components are, in relation to the Bill of Materials.
• Must be able to read assembly instructions to assemble product.
• Able to assemble product based on the Bill of Materials & other documentation
• Must be able to verify product with drawings (Where applicable)
• Must be able to verify product based on Work instructions
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater.
