Job summary

Seek Thermal, Inc. in Goleta, CA is seeking an assembler to join our production team. Under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, you will assemble our camera and core products, following lean manufacturing methods and detailed work instructions.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a lean cell, train across product lines, use small tools, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Soldering experience is a plus.

Job Description

• Assemblers must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn new skills, as they are required to train and learn to assemble new products and work across various product lines.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Fine Motor Skills required to assemble small parts.
• Ability to use small tools and possess a great attention to detail.
• Ability to Read, Write, Speak, and comprehend English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instruction.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a team environment.
• Soldering experience highly desired.
• Computer skills may be required to read and enter data.
• Must understand quality requirements for assembling products.
• Inspection of products may be required.
