Job summary

Allegion Cincinnati is seeking an Assembler for our Steelcraft facility in Cincinnati, OH. You will perform production duties, load and unload materials, operate and assist machines, and help keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to see clearly with depth perception and color differentiation.
• Physical agility: ability to stand, lift 25–50 lbs, twist, reach, and walk as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production work to assist Machine Operators with setup and operation.
• Handle and transport raw materials, parts, supplies, tools, fixtures, dies and trucks.
• Load and unload trucks, count, weight, transport and store materials.
• Position and load materials to unloading conveyors, racks, containers, etc.
• Deliver materials and parts to manufacturing departments as directed.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow standardized methods.
