Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an assembler to perform mechanical assembly, review orders and drawings, and operate RF scanners and fabrication equipment. You will read drawings, use tools, and participate in quality checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Continuously perform repetitive assembling of parts and sub parts.
• Maintain a safe work environment and assist in Safety SOPs.
• Daily report production problems to Production Supervisor/Lead and participate in root cause solutions.

This individual is responsible for reviewing order/drawings, pulling material and fabrication. Will require the ability to perform the following functions: read and interpret drawings, inventory RF scanner, forklift, vertical band saw, plastic welding, assembly and packing. The assembly role will require you to utilize vertical band saw, hot air welder, hand and pneumatic tools, as well as appropriate machinery. Knowledge of inventory control and computer skills are required. Perform quality checks as needed and properly record results if necessary.
