Job summary

Royston Group is seeking an Assembler for its first shift in Bell Gardens, CA. The role focuses on assembling sign components, metal frames, and hardware to match shop drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to develop skills in sign manufacturing and metal fabrication. Compensation includes benefits and a robust PPE program, with opportunities to grow within the production team.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Interest in hands-on fabrication and production work
• Ability to read basic shop drawings, blueprints or work orders, or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal frames, sign structures, hardware, and related components per drawings and work orders
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, diagrams
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Measure, align, and secure components to ensure accurate assembly
• Inspect assemblies for fit, finish, and dimensions
• Identify material or quality issues and communicate to supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules
• Perform other related duties as assigned
