Job summary

System One is seeking an Assembler for a contract, onsite position in Wharton, NJ. The role supports the Second Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on cosmetic product packaging.

As an assembler, you will follow procedures, inspect quality, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and collaborate with a team to meet production standards. Prior manufacturing experience helps but is not required; reliability and attention to detail are key.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $15.92 - $16.49 per hour
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assembler Responsibilities

• Assembling components used in the packaging of cosmetic products
• Follow established assembly procedures and production instructions
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy

Assembler Requirements
