Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembler Rework in Irvine, CA. This role requires 4 years in manufacturing and strong QA/QC background, including process audits and reading drawings. You will perform sub-assembly work, ensure documentation, and drive quality improvements on the line.

The candidate must communicate in English, have hands-on experience with inspection tools, and work a 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM shift. This is a 12-month contract with W-2 engagement.

Qualifications

• 4 years in industrial manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Experience performing process and/or quality system audits.
• Ability to follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
• Experience reading two-dimensional drawings.
• Proficient with mechanical inspection tools (caliper, ruler, scales).

Responsibilities

• Perform complex work within the defined domain and implement suitable methods.
• Check and alert problems related to methods, tools, and techniques.
• Support mid- and long-term production objectives and results.
• Explain processes and policies to others in production areas.
• Ensure QN transactions are complete and closed.
• Raise NCs and CARs for non-conforming products or processes.
• Maintain build standards and required documentation.
• Prepare and distribute quality reports and tracking documents.
