Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr plus $1.60/hr for shift differential

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

An Assembler (Production Operator B) is responsible for ensuring quality, throughput, and safety across multiple processes, demonstrating flexibility and proficiency in servicing customer needs. Responsibilities include:

• Performing processes at or beyond standard efficiency (100%+)
• Manufacturing quality parts per specifications and documentation
• Adhering to safety policies to maintain an accident-free workplace
• Participating in continuous process and quality improvements

Behavioral Expectations

• Identify issues related to throughput, quality, and safety
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to define problems and suggest solutions
• Implement solutions individually or as part of a team
• Support team efforts to meet throughput, quality, and safety goals

Other Functions

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
