Essential Functions & Responsibilities

An Assembler (Production Operator B) is responsible for quality, throughput, and safety of multiple processes and takes pride in his/her flexibility and proficiency in servicing the customer.

A Pro B operator is responsible for quality, throughput, and safety of multiple processes and takes pride in his/her flexibility and proficiency in servicing the customer. The elements of a Pro B operator’s responsibility that service the customer are:

• Performance of processes at or beyond standard (100%+ efficiency)
• Manufacturing quality parts as defined by product specification and documentation
• Complying with the safety policies of the company and working to achieve an accident-free environment.

A Pro B operator participates in continuous efforts to improve our process and quality so that Woodstream can meet customer expectations. They will:

• Identify problem areas focused on Throughput, Quality, and Safety
• Participate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to define issues and suggest solutions
• Successfully implement solutions individually and as part of a team

A Pro B operator is part of a team, and their performance impacts teammates and Woodstream’s ability to support customer needs. Therefore, B operators will:

• Interact with all teammates toward throughput, quality, and safety goals
• Provide quality training to facilitate team skills development
