Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace & defense products, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of a dedicated group supporting the production of critical products that lives depend on. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler I

Location: Williamsport, PA

Pay Range: $17.47/hour plus $0.50/hour differential for 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Install electronic components within devices, including final assembly and sub-assembly tasks of electronic assemblies on printed circuit boards.
• Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, blueprints, and specification sheets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure parts and assemblies meet production and customer specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures and regulations.

What's Needed?

• High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
• Basic computer skills to access assembly instructions.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed, including occasional Saturday shifts.
• Successful passing of a background check.
