Job summary

MAT Industries, Inc. in Jackson, TN is hiring Production Assemblers for the first shift, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, in an air-conditioned facility. Starting pay is $19.10 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Relevant experience within the last 5 years.
• Capable of performing physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Accept personal responsibility for quality and timeliness of work.
• Accurately and timely complete all required reporting functions.
• Use computer based documentation to find, view and print specifications and procedures.
• Dispose of scrap/rejected material in accordance with safety regulations.
• Clean and assemble equipment while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
• Dispose of hazardous materials appropriately; operate machinery and interact with computer-controlled equipment.

We are currently hiring Production Assemblers starting at $19.10/hour in an air-conditioned facility, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our ten-hour shift offers THREE PAID breaks along with a 30-minute lunch.
