Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble oil and gas components and sub-assemblies to build-to-print specifications, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
• Use a variety of hand tools, torque wrenches, and specialized assembly tooling.
• Perform assembly of pressure-rated components, fittings, and related hardware.
• Follow all quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, including stop-work authority.
• Complete required production and quality documentation to ensure traceability.
• Conduct in-process inspections and participate in quality checks.
• Communicate defects, material shortages, or process concerns to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain organized work areas.
• Assist with training and mentoring new assemblers as needed.

Position Summary

Teledyne DGO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oil & Gas Assembler to support the assembly of high-reliability components used in demanding oil and gas applications. This role is responsible for performing mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations in accordance with controlled work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a regulated manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble oil and gas components and sub-assemblies to build-to-print specifications, work instructions, and engineering drawings
• Use a variety of hand tools, torque wrenches, and specialized assembly tooling
