Columbus McKinnon is seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Menomonee Falls, WI to manage the ERP system for job work orders and inventory, and to assemble and wire mechanical parts to meet quality and delivery standards.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years' related experience; you'll work in a climate-controlled facility with weekend shift options and a 20/hr base pay plus a 10% shift premium.

Job Summary

The Mechanical Assembler manages our ERP system to track progression of job work orders and inventory transactions. The Mechanical Assembler can also assemble and wire mechanical parts to produce the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards and customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, And Abilities

• Requires the ability to operate a variety of small hand and power tools, crimpers, meters, and soldering equipment
• Computer skills: working in networked environment using a Windows and or Windows like interface using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word software programs
• Time Management and Organization skills: flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments; ability to maintain confidentiality
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience

• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday / 3:00 AM - 3:30 PM - get 10% shift premium.
• Pay: 20/hr + 10% Shift Premium
