Shifts: 7AM - 4PM OR 3:30PM - 11:30PM, Monday to Friday.
What You Will Do
Pump Assembly (2nd Shift Focus)
- Assemble pumps, sub-assemblies, and related components using engineering drawings and work instructions
- Perform mechanical tasks including fitting, alignment, torquing, and installation of seals, bearings, impellers, and couplings
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks) to move materials and finished goods
- Track production and maintain accurate records in ERP systems
Electrical & Mechanical Assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform electrical assembly including wiring, connectors, and harnessing
- Complete mechanical assembly tasks such as fastening, fitting, and component installation
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and functionality standards are met
General Manufacturing Assembly
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Test assemblies to confirm compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and instructions
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekends
- Steel toe boots are required
- Preferred: Experience with pump assembly, electrical wiring/harnessing, welding and fabrication
- Preferred: Familiarity with hydrostatic testing and vibration concepts
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8-10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
- A drug-free workplace and criminal background check are required
- EOE
