Aerotek in Southgate, KY is hiring Material Handlers and Assemblers for a clean, climate-controlled facility. Starting ASAP with multiple shifts (A-D) and a contract-to-hire path. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.70 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform repetitive assembly, use hand tools and scanners, and follow detailed instructions. The site offers weekly pay and benefits such as medical, dental & vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Perform basic, repetitive mechanical assembly on components and subassemblies.
• Manually assemble parts using visual work instructions.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Use hand tools, scanners, and basic computer systems.
