Pay Range: $16 - 20

Shift Details:

  1. 1st Shift - M-F, 6:00am - 2:00pm
  2. 2nd Shift - M-F, 2:00pm - 11:00pm
  3. 3rd Shift - M-F, 11:00pm - 7:00am

All work is on-site and full-time. Open to candidates with US Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Number of Openings: 6

Company & Role Overview

Join one of the largest American-owned aerospace & defense companies. This is an entry-level mechanical assembly and machine operation role, with experience in deburring being a plus.

Candidate Experience & Skills

We consider candidates with high school shop classes, tech/vocational training, military experience, hobby fabrication, or related skills. Experience with deburring, calibration, inspection, air grinding, CNC, manual machines, or general machine operations is a plus.

Work Summary
  • This is an entry-level position for 2nd shift mechanical assembly (deburring).
  • Perform mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection to maintain workflow.
  • Gain understanding of deburring and air grinding machine operations.
  • Follow standard work procedures to achieve certification.
  • Refer problems to more experienced operators or supervisors.
Work Environment

Climate-controlled, clean manufacturing facility with strong environmental health and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, electrical tools, measuring equipment, and light machinery.
  • Maintain inventory at workstations.
  • Perform quality checks and record defects.
  • Rework or repair assembled products as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs. and work sitting up to 8 hours.
  • Support company rules and standards, including overtime as required.
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance.
Other Requirements
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Willing to train on 1st shift and then move to 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Good tenure and employment history.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Good math skills are a plus.
  • Must pass drug test and background check.
