Belimo is hiring an Assembler II, Line Leader to enhance the performance of their Assembly Department. The role involves leading assembly teams, overseeing production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output. Belimo is seeking an Assembler II, Line Leader to support the Assembly Department to insure efficiencies of all required processes.
The objectives of this position are fully integrated to the objectives of the Company’s Mission and Values. It is the responsibility of all employees to perform their duties in accordance with Company Policy.
The Assembler 2, Line Leader reports directly to Group Leader and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.
The base pay for this position is $25.67 hourly with a target performance bonus of 5% of an employee’s annual base salary.
