Electronic Connectors is seeking an Assembler Level 1 to support our Reading, PA operation. This role focuses on assembling cable and mechanical components according to detailed work instructions, with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical ability, good dexterity, and the stamina to sit or stand for extended periods while contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

General Responsibilities

This position involves the assembly of cable assemblies and mechanical assemblies.

Essential Responsibilities

The responsibility of this position is to build products based on assigned work instructions, in a timely manner, and with the highest level of quality possible.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to follow written, and verbal, instructions
• Ability to sit, or stand for extended periods of time
• Good mechanical ability

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Digital dexterity and eye/hand coordination in the assembly of product
• Light to moderate lifting and carrying of supplies required for assembly job assignments
• Ability to speak to and to hear other employees in person
• Body and motor skills sufficient to enable the incumbent to move from one assembly location to another
• Capable of learning to use production equipment, including hand tools and light machinery
