Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Houston, TX is seeking an Assembler Level 2 to assemble, test, and ensure quality of components and products on-site. You will report to the Production Supervisor and contribute to efficient manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in assembling mechanical or electronic parts, with strong safety discipline and attention to detail. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and data recording while following Honeywell OS

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assembling mechanical or electronic components.
  • Able to follow instructions and safety rules.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the Houston facility.

As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of components and products that meet our high standards. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our manufacturing operations.

As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of components and products that meet our high standards. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our manufacturing operations.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall production process by ensuring timely and accurate assembly of parts, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1year of experience in assembling mechanical or electronic components in a manufacturing environment
  • Availability – At work every day, follows facility rules, enforces stop/start, clean-up, break and lunch times. Starts work on time, minimal use of personal time. Seeks way to reduce the number of labor hours required to assemble and wire systems and shares best practices with team
  • Communicates well with others and is open to other ideas from peers and Project Leaders
  • Can easily adapt and change to new procedures and instructions
  • Uses learned skills and instructions such as assembly methods to ensure consistency of manufacturing
