Kelly is hiring assemblers in Greeneville, TN in partnership with John Deere. No experience is required, with base pay $18–$19 per hour and a weekly production bonus that can raise the rate to $20–$21.85 per hour.

Positions are long-term temporary during peak season, with potential overtime and benefits including healthcare options and PTO. Shift options include 1st and 2nd, Monday–Friday with overtime possibilities on Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Use handheld pneumatic tools to assemble landscaping machinery and equipment.
• Package products, use scanners to pick parts according to customer orders, and place on dollies.
• Follow work instructions to build products and ensure high standards of quality.
• Work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that products are delivered on time and with precision.
