Position: Assembler

Location: Temple, GA

Pay Rate: $18.17 /hr

Shift: First, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Job Description

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will assist in maintaining the reel assembly line efficiently and safely. Excellent attendance, a proven track record in fast-paced environments, and the ability to collaborate with various teams are essential. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial for spotting defects and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments and teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
• Adjust processes as needed, monitor, and report on product quality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors, adhering to quality and safety policies
• Assist other departments when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous warehousing experience is helpful but not required
• Must have a proactive attitude and urgency in resolving tasks
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of product quality requirements
• Reliable, initiative-driven, committed, and quality-focused
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
• Fast-paced work ability with attention to craftsmanship
