What You’ll do
Assemble various products sold at store locations. Cross-train to assist in other areas such as Maintenance, Shop, Receiving, etc. Maintain a safe and clean environment while assisting customers and co-workers. This is physical work—be prepared! Follow directions and work independently.
• Assemble retail merchandise like grills, furniture, lawn and farm equipment
• Assist with merchandise displays
• Use general office equipment such as telephones, copiers, fax machines, calculators, and computers
• Operate machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, Telxon guns, and other retail equipment
• Cross-train and perform additional duties as needed

• Mechanical skills and experience
• Quick learner
• Able to follow assembly instructions
• Able to interact effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to use in-store computers, scanning systems, and wireless handheld units
• Ability to participate in remote online onboarding and complete computer-based training
Physical Requirements
• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds repeatedly
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to use ladders and pallet jacks
• Near vision for computer work
• Repetitive wrist movements on keyboard
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Professional verbal communication with associates and customers via handheld transceivers
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs multiple times daily
