Job summary

Stryker in Irvine, CA is seeking an assembly technician to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble and test medical devices, following detailed instructions and quality procedures in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires precise assembly, microscope work, and adherence to regulatory guidelines to ensure safe, high-quality products. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and good

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Experience performing small-part assembly and working under a microscope.
  • Knowledge of basic measuring tools and techniques, including scales, rulers, and U.S. and metric measurements.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting as part of daily job responsibilities.Willingness to complete required job-specific and company training.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm- 12:00am, OT as needed by the business

$27.05 Hourly plus bonus eligible + benefits
