In this role as an Assembler III, supporting the Catheter area, which is part of one of the fastest-growing businesses. Our products support extracorporeal life support solutions, including long-term ECMO. The catheter's role is to drain and return blood through ECMO to sustain patients' lives globally. This position reports to the manufacturing supervisor.

This role is based at our Dexter, MI site.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

We offer a competitive salary and flexible benefits:
Salary range (USD): $45,200 - $67,800. Eligible for the Operations Incentive Plan. Compensation varies based on experience, education, market, and location. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, savings accounts, life insurance, disability leave, tuition reimbursement, and well-being programs.
Additional benefits for employees working 20+ hours/week include 401(k), stock purchase plans, paid time off, holidays, and more.
