  • Take ownership of electrical installations on a variety of GFS products, including heater boxes, paint kitchens, and batch burn-off ovens, ensuring quality and accuracy every step of the way.
  • Install and route conduit systems, pull and terminate wiring, and verify assemblies meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Partner with engineering and internal teams to identify quality concerns, troubleshoot issues, and contribute ideas that improve products and processes.
  • Serve as a technical resource for less experienced assemblers, sharing knowledge, mentoring teammates, and helping elevate overall team performance.
  • Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
  • Play a key role in delivering custom-built solutions that help customers operate safely, efficiently, and productively.
