Fulton is seeking an Assembler II to perform electrical and mechanical assembly of boilers and skids. You will test safety and operating parameters and support service activities as needed.

The role requires reading mechanical drawings and following Fulton safety standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Fulton Safety Training (crane, tow motor, fire, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to layout and assemble piping and wiring.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble boilers and skids according to drawings using hand/tools.
  • Connect pipe, conduit and wiring per drawings and instructions.
  • Follow safe practices when working with live power and tools.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and document activities.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

The Assembler II position overall responsibility is responsible for performing electrical and mechanical Assembly of boilers and skids and all associated equipment along with testing on all safety and operating parameters of the manufactured equipment. Test Fire technician is responsible to provide all support and service in a lean manner that is consistent with the company values and operating philosophy.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Assemble boilers and skids according to drawings and instruction using hand tools and power tools.
  • Connect pipe, pipe fittings, conduit and wiring according to drawings and knowledge.
  • Follow all safe working practices working with hand tools, machines and vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • General assembly knowledge of parts associated with standard and custom products.
  • Work with live power as needed provided all safety measures are met.
  • Ensure equipment performs within the guidelines.
  • Basic quality assurance.
  • Complete all required documentation and communication associated.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Previous Service Technician experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to layout and bend conduit along with pulling and terminate wires.
  • Ability to thread and assemble pipe.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to read an assembly drawing.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Fulton Safety Training (crane, tow motor, fire, etc.)
