Job summary

CPI Electron Device Business is seeking an experienced Assembler II in Beverly, MA to support limiter and final assembly for the Patriot Program. You will handle small intricate components and larger mechanical parts with precision, perform complex builds, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering to drive improvements on the manufacturing floor.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of manufacturing assembly experience, microscope proficiency, and print reading skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum manufacturing assembly experience.
• Solder training, J-STD preferred.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to use a microscope approximately 3 hours per day.
• Experienced print reading.
• US person required for export-controlled information per ITAR/EAR.

Your Day To Day

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Assembler II to support our limiter assembly and final assembly operations for the Patriot Program. The ideal candidate brings advanced assembly experience, excellent dexterity, and the ability to work confidently with both small, intricate components and larger mechanical parts. This mid-level role is responsible for performing complex builds, troubleshooting assembly issues, collaboration with engineering, and supporting continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE

• 2-3 years minimum manufacturing assembly experience

• This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR, for which the company will not pursue an export license/license exception. Must be a US person (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals) to be eligible for this role.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
