Job summary

Role Responsibilities

Accountable for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing assembly line machinery/equipment at fixed workstation positions including:

• Operating machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in‑process product, assembly, or sub‑assembly as it moves along the assembly line.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re‑manufacture faulty products.
• Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.

A Support 2 requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include:

• Works under moderate supervision..
• Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures..
• Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.

Pay

Pay Range: USD 18 - 18.50 Hourly. This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
