Job summary

Stryker is seeking a production assembler in the United States. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 5:45 am to 2:15 pm, with overtime as needed by the business.

Responsibilities include assembling, testing, and inspecting electrical and mechanical components, while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will follow procedures, meet schedules, monitor inventory, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual acuity for inspecting products and identifying quality issues.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, testing equipment, measuring devices, and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to wear required PPE and comply with all safety requirements.
  • Ability to hear and respond to safety alarms, announcements, and instructions.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
