Job summary

Sonoco Products Company in Findlay, OH is seeking a Production Assembler II to operate equipment in a safety- and quality-focused environment. You will work under the Supervisor, perform basic manufacturing tasks, and support adjacent departments as needed.

Strong math, reading and writing skills are expected, with overtime as required. The role emphasizes teamwork, process adjustments, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while contributing to the company’s packaging leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing.
• Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery.
• Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Assists other departments as needed.
• Overtime required at times.

Location:400 Crystal Ave. Findlay OH. 45840
Shift: 6 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday - Thursday
Pay: $19.31/hr

While reporting to the Supervisor, as an Experienced Manufacturing Associate or Entry Level Associates, you will be responsible for operating all manufacturing equipment. Safety, quality, productivity and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.

What You'll Be Doing:
