Third Shift: Sunday-Thursday Nights (11pm-7am)

Job Summary

Load and/or operate various machines to assemble products for shipment. Work in a team environment, including rotating job assignments during shifts. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Operate machines such as spin welder, handle welder, swivel lid assembly machines, carton sealer, and lid snapper according to Work Instructions to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Prepare skids of product for staging.
  • Read work orders accurately and report component errors to Team Leaders.
  • Scan production labels and record rejects in the system.
  • Perform quality checks and report failures.
  • Pack orders ensuring accuracy and completeness before shipping.
  • Dispose of rejected materials properly.
  • Perform tasks according to manufacturing standards.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Good reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare paperwork and understand machine operations.
  • Capable of multitasking and working independently.
  • Good manual dexterity and color discrimination.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing or sitting.
  • Repetitive wrist and hand motions.
  • Frequent lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Pulling, pushing, and lifting activities.
