Thermo King Hastings is excited to be working a 4/10 schedule, Monday - Thursday!

Must be willing and able to work full-time and overtime as scheduled.

POSITION EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Locate, learn, and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings, and standard work instructions.
  2. Verify and inspect work according to standard work.
  3. Perform quality checks and tests.
  4. Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque, and hand tools, where applicable.
  5. Adhere to work and safety rules.
  6. Maintain good verbal communication skills.
  7. Support and demonstrate a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.
  8. Understand, accept, and support the company’s vision and key business goals.
  9. Show basic understanding, support, and commitment to the team and continuous improvement by actively participating and contributing ideas for improvement.
  10. Resolve problems at the lowest level possible.
  11. Identify possible solutions when communicating problems.
  12. Live the Values: Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Innovation, and Courage, and demonstrate the Trane Technologies Leadership Principles at all times.
  13. Understand, support, and demonstrate the importance of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
