Kohler Co. in Bristol, PA is seeking an Assembler I for the 1st shift. You will assemble cabinets, doors, parts, and light fixtures, read instructions, cut and fit materials, and use hand and power tools to ensure quality and safety.

This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with pay at $16.50 per hour and day‑1 benefits. You’ll work independently or in a team, maintain a clean 5S work area, and help meet production demands.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  • Physical capability to perform duties including bending, lifting, and pushing up to 45–106 pounds.
  • Successful completion of drug screen, physical, and background check.
  • Regular attendance and reliability.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabinets, doors, parts, and light fixtures to required specifications.
  • Cut, punch, or saw material per measurements and instructions.
  • Pack product per customer quality standards when at packing station.
  • Read and interpret written instructions to assemble products.
  • Maintain 5S and keep a clean, safe work area.
  • Support production goals and meet demand as directed.
  • Identify defects and report to Quality Inspector promptly.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
  • Accurately assemble cabinets, doors, parts, and/or light fixtures ensuring quality of the finished product.
  • Accurately cut, punch, or saw material in accordance to specific measurements and instructions.
  • Pack product accurately adhering to customer quality standards when assigned to a packing station.
  • Regularly check parts for tolerance compliance and quality standards.
  • Effectively utilize hand held tools and power tools such as a staple gun, screw gun, and drill.
  • Effectively read and interpret written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble products.
  • Maintain established efficiency goals on a daily basis.
  • Produce at necessary level of production to meet demand requirements as directed by volume and/or management.
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Perform regular quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards. Report faulty parts to the Quality Inspector or Lead timely.
  • Identify product defects and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Regularly maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Regularly maintain and promote 5S initiative in work area.
  • Regularly maintain inventory of product in work stations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Continuously display a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to use basic problem solving skills.
