Job summary

You will inspect assemblies, apply brazes, and finish machined components to tight tolerances, with verification of test data. This role supports varying shifts and cross-functional production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to work any shift.
• Experience using hand tools and/or power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble and install prefabricated parts to build subassemblies and assemblies.
• Prepare braze alloys and adhesives and apply to assemblies prior to furnace brazing.
• Operate core fabricating machines to fabricate metal honeycomb cores to specification.
• Hand finish machined parts to close tolerances with varied contours and features.
• Operate degreasers, metal finishing machines and ovens as required.
• Verify and record data from testing processes.
