FOX Factory in El Cajon, CA is seeking an Assembler I for a full-time role. You will prepare parts, read blueprints, and assemble sub-assemblies, ensuring correct fit and measurements. The job includes maintaining equipment, keeping a clean workspace, and documenting production steps.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent, no experience required; 1+ years preferred with controls/ instrumentation.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality environments is preferred.
• Experience using mechanical inspection or power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and parts lists.
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies for production.
• Measure and verify specifications of completed components.
• Maintain equipment by following preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Keep workspace safe, clean, and organized; manage supplies and inventory.
• Document actions on production and quality forms.
