Job summary

Lennox AES in Reno, NV is seeking an Assembler I to prepare components and assemble parts for finished products. You will follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate, efficient production and will paint or insulate as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble components or products.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Identify and report any defects or issues with components or finished products.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• May perform other limited assembly, fabrication, production, or operator tasks of a standard nature.
