Trane Technologies plc in Hastings, Nebraska is seeking an assembly worker to support manufacturing operations. You will read instructions, rotate through workstations as needed, and perform quality checks using power and hand tools in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly position offers $18.50 per hour, on-site work, and comprehensive benefits starting day one, reflecting our commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

On-Site (5 days)

SUMMARY:

The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks.
