Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assembler I to fabricate component parts or assemble finished products to customer specifications. You will secure and organize the required components and supplies to support production.

Responsibilities include setting up work area, assembling parts to instruction, using hand tools, and ensuring quality and safety standards. You will maintain clean work environment and keep production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• No minimum experience required; 6 months manufacturing/assembling experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to customer specifications and ensure quality standards.
• Set up the work area and maintain a safe, clean, organized environment.
• Operate hand tools as required to complete the assembly process.
• Stack, label, and band finished components as needed.
• Maintain production records and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Participate in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings.
