Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Soldering experience is desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Assemble using hand tools and power tools.
• Cable preparation: stripping, tinning, labeling.
• Glueing and sealing using Loctite, epoxy, RTV, and other compounds.
• Solder and assemble components.
• Set up and use test equipment to record and evaluate data.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with policies.
