Job summary

Parker HVAC Filtration Division in Indiana is seeking an Assembler I to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble moderate to complex parts using hand and power tools, follow 5S and safety standards, and help meet SQDC targets.

The role is entry-level with an HS degree or GED, requires English communication and the ability to pass a tape measure test. You will work in a safety-conscious environment with opportunities for skill development and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• HS degree or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to pass a tape measuring test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble moderate to complex parts
• Moderate tool usage
• Computer usage as required
• Complete Day by Hour and First Piece Inspection
• Meet or exceed assigned SQDC metrics
• Complete 5S + safety requirements
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Maintain production and operate necessary equipment
• Record production data
• Clean work areas
• Regular quality inspections, escalation as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
