Allmand, a Generac Company, is seeking an entry-level assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will perform assembly tasks on light, heat, power, and air products, following drawings and work instructions on the shop floor.

You will contribute to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives, with opportunities to cross-train and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 0-1 year of assembly or related experience.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a team environment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and use basic hand tools.

Responsabilidades

• Use work instructions, drawings, and schematics to assemble products safely and accurately.
• Follow quality standards and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Develop understanding of products and their impact on the business.
• Continuously learn procedures and processes as changes arise.
• Participate in team meetings and share information.
• Resolve problems with assistance as needed.
• Provide task-specific training when required.
• Maintain a general understanding of the ERP system.
